AI WhatsApp Support Agent

Overview

A WhatsApp support application that answers questions from a document-based knowledge base using Google Gemini and retrieval-augmented generation.

Documents are split into fragments and retrieved through vector search to provide relevant context for each response. An admin dashboard brings chat monitoring and document management into one place.
